Dancing around the campfire, shadows lengthen
and take on weird, misshapen or scary qualities. At
night things are mysterious and exciting, or more
bleak, worrisome or disturbing. Like a child in a dark
room who takes a flash light to make a huge shadow
hand on the ceiling and scares herself even more, our
shadows are a large projection of our waking lives.
Big troubles and fears can be just the cast shadows of
small obstacles.
There is no darkness, only absence of light.
